I caught sight of this coastal wolf lying in the grass and peering into my lens. Always watching, always aware, and possessing senses far beyond human comprehension– the sea wolves of British Columbia are some of the most elusive animals I have ever photographed. Looking at this print conjures a sense of nostalgia for the solitude and sanctity of nature; that place of deep peace afforded only by spending time with our wild relatives in wild places.
