When you spend enough time with wildlife, strange and wonderful behaviors unfold in front of your camera. I remember marveling from a distance as this polar bear broke off a hunk of ice and cradled it between furry arms like a stuffed toy before drifting to sleep. It is difficult to express my gratitude at having witnessed so many unique moments in nature – I hope my images speak for themselves.
